Early Bird Serial Cards are on sale now
The 25th DocPoint – Helsinki Documentary Film Festival 2026 will be held in theatres around Helsinki 3–8 February 2026. The programme will be released on 8 January 2026 and individual screening tickets are on sale on 13 January 2026. Regular-price serial cards are on sale 30 December 2025.

Students, jobseekers and people aged 65 & over can purchase a discounted serial card in the online store and at ticket sales points. Please be prepared to present the certificate entitling you to the discount (student card, photo of Job Market Finland’s Job search situation page or photo ID) upon arrival to the film screening.

Ticket sales points and opening hours
Early Bird serial cards can be purchased in the online store and at Kino Regina ticket sales points from 10–29 December 2025.

After purchasing, you will receive the card via email. The serial card code will allow you to redeem screening tickets when they go on sale on 13 January 2026.
Advance ticket sales point:
Early Bird serial cards can also be purchased at the Kino Regina ticket sales point during the theatre’s opening hours.

The ticket sales point opens 30 minutes before the first screening and end when the last screening begins. Please note that Kino Regina is closed on Mondays.

Information about Serial Cards
Serial cards are not personal. You can redeem multiple tickets for the same screening with one card. You are not required to use the whole serial card at once. The discounted serial cards can be shared among people who belong to a discount group. Please be prepared to present proof of discount entitlement upon arrival to the screening. A serial card paid for with a culture benefit is personal.
Purchased serial cards cannot be returned nor will they be refunded.
Serial cards can be used to redeem tickets for all festival screenings, except for the opening and special screenings. You can use the code on your serial card to redeem screening tickets online through each film’s introduction page and at the ticket sales point in Kino Regina from 13 January onwards. During the festival you can also redeem tickets at the DocPoint ticket sales points in festival theatres.
How to redeem tickets with a serial card online?
When you purchase a serial card, you will receive a serial card code via e-mail which is a combination of numbers and letters (e.g. 110509HK3MX). Serial cards can be used to redeem tickets on the DocPoint website. Once you have found the film you would like to redeem a ticket for, here’s how to proceed:
1) Click on the shopping cart icon on the film page. The ticket shop page will open in a new window
2) In the ticket shop, enter the serial card code in the field provided and click on “Add serial card/complimentary ticket”.
3) Select the 0 € tickets in the shopping cart and finish the transaction OR
4) If you wish to redeem tickets for other screenings, click on “add other products to cart” and you will be redirected back to the programme page where you can select tickets for other screenings.
