ENVIRONMENTAL WORK

DocPoint’s environmental strategy outlines the association’s goals and actions so that its operations place as little burden on the environment as possible while also contributing positively to the state of the environment. We are committed to doing our part in mitigating the climate crisis and reducing our carbon footprint. We aim to seek additional resources for developing more responsible operations.

DocPoint strives to act responsibly and with respect for the environment.

GOALS

The aim of the strategy is to promote responsibility, reduce the carbon footprint, and use resources efficiently through practical solutions suited to the festival’s possibilities.

The association complies with all international, national, and local agreements, laws, and other regulations related to the environment, health, safety, and labor that apply to its operations.

Our goals:

The central goal of DocPoint’s environmental strategy is to reduce the association’s own carbon footprint. We review the strategy annually and update it according to the most current information.

Our objective is to transform our organizational culture so that environmental impacts are considered in all our activities, and we strive to operate in an environmentally respectful manner in terms of procurement, programming choices, and travel.

We also pay attention to transparent communication: we include the environmental strategy in employee orientation, emphasize our values to visitors and partners, and inform the public about our policies.
