Please be prepared to present the certificate entitling you to the discount (student card, photo of Job Market Finland\u2019s Job search situation page or photo ID) upon arrival to the film screening.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serial cards are not personal. You can redeem multiple tickets for the same screening with one card. The discounted serial cards can be shared among people who belong to a discount group. A serial card paid for with a cultural benefit is personal.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purchased serial cards cannot be returned nor will they be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serial cards can be used to redeem tickets for all festival screenings, except for free screenings. You can use the code on your serial card to redeem screening tickets online through each film\u2019s introduction page and at the ticket sales point in Kino Regina from 13 January onwards. During the festival you can also redeem tickets at the DocPoint ticket sales points in festival theatres. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are not required to use the whole serial card at once.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>How to redeem tickets with a serial card online?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you purchase a serial card, you will receive a serial card code via e-mail which is a combination of numbers and letters (e.g. 110509HK3MX). Serial cards can be used to redeem tickets on the DocPoint website. Once you have found the film you would like to redeem a ticket for, here\u2019s how to proceed:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Click on the shopping cart icon on the film page.
